With a history of over 100 years, Rogers Group had to proceed with caution when it came to updating their brand. They hired an agency in Nashville for the rebrand project. During the process, WildmanDesign was hired to provide brand consulting for the primary logo. We were able to give them a clear path forward to maintain their signature look but fix some of the “eye-sores” from the previous rendition, such as “squaring it up,” balancing the icon with a strong font, reducing the “inc.” and more.

This process was the beginning of getting clear visual guidelines a fantastic, family-owned, American run company that provides jobs to thousands of people across a dozen states.

Employee Magazine

WildmanDesign has been designing RGI’s internal employee magazine “The Conveyor” for many years now. It’s one of the company’s primary tools for employee engagement and ideal for celebrating wins and achievements as well as relaying important information every team member should know. The quarterly publication usually runs around 36-40 pages and is designed according to brand guidelines.

It’s distributed in print form as well as downloadable PDF.

The communication department of Rogers Group relies heavily on WildmanDesign for design and marketing support. Often ads or other print collateral has to be produced with just a few hours notice. We ensure that any design produced complies with corporate guidelines and even handle a lot of the logistics with print vendors, so our clients can focus on their daily agenda.
